Starfish Studios is proud to announce a new series of workshops designed to give kids the experience of playing music with other musicians and eventually recording and performing their songs. The workshops will be held once a week in the evening at the studio. All participants need to have previous experience on their instrument or be currently enrolled in private lessons. Singers, Guitar Players, Bass Players, Keyboard Players and Drummers are encouraged to participate as well as students who play other instruments and would like to learn to play in a rock band setting. Students will learn to play their favorite songs and eventually have the opportunity to write original songs with their bandmates. The Middle School Rock Band will be meeting on Thursdays at 7pm.
